Leadership Model

LEVVI

The LEVVI model—standing for LMX Hybrid, Ethical, VUCA, Vertical Development, and Infinite—is a comprehensive leadership framework designed to guide executive leaders through complex environments. Rooted in relational trust and ethical decision-making, it blends Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) theory with adaptive strategies for volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) conditions. Emphasizing personal growth through vertical development, the model encourages leaders to evolve in how they think, not just what they do. "Infinite" reflects the model’s applicability across all areas of life—at work, at home, and in service to others. LEVVI equips leaders to lead with integrity, resilience, and purpose in an ever-changing world.

Code of Conduct

My personal code of conduct, grounded in the LEVVI model, guides my decisions and actions through ethical courage, trust, growth, and an infinite mindset—ensuring I lead with integrity, adapt to complexity, and create lasting positive impact.

I underwent a significant transformation from being an autocratic leader with low emotional intelligence to actively working on developing my EQ through the DEL program. This journey has allowed me to recognize the importance of empathy and connection in leadership. By engaging with the DEL program, I have learned to better understand my emotions and those of others, fostering a more collaborative and supportive work environment. This growth has not only enhanced my leadership skills but also positively impacted my team’s morale and productivity.
