This artifact captures my experience delivering a leadership development session to senior leaders focused on emotional intelligence, EQI (Watkin, 2000), and its application to effective leadership. Through this class, I demonstrated my ability to synthesize research, facilitate learning among experienced professionals, and support leadership growth through scholar-practitioner engagement. This work aligns with DEL outcomes 4 and 6.
Outcome 4: Model, design, and implement scholar-practitioner practices and processes to develop ethical
leadership in organizational, community, or institutional contexts.
Outcome 6: Generate and critically evaluate new knowledge, conserve the most important ideas and
findings that are a legacy of past and current work and engage in the transformational work of
communicating knowledge responsibly to others.
