This artifact highlights my experience leading in a context where multiple standards, expectations, and interpretations of quality were in play. I navigated differences in organizational norms and operational definitions to build alignment, reduce confusion, and support a shared vision. This artifact demonstrates my ability to utilize inquiry, evidence, and reflection to inform leadership actions—aligning with DEL Outcomes 5 and 6.
Outcome 5: Assess existing research and practices and design, conduct, and interpret research to contribute
to the theory and practice of leadership within one’s discipline and in interdisciplinary,
multidisciplinary, or transdisciplinary contexts.
Outcome 6: Generate and critically evaluate new knowledge, conserve the most important ideas and
findings that are a legacy of past and current work and engage in the transformational work of
communicating knowledge responsibly to others
